  3. I am 59 and eat late dinners and like spicy foods. I’ve had uncontrollable indigestion and severe heartburn that has woke me up for the past 10 years consistently about 2-3am every night. Tried all the pills. Nothing had helped until I at sauerkraut late one night and slept through the night. Thought about it the next day and tried it again. Worked. Tried not using it at night and right back to waking up with the issues. So now I religiously take a heaping tablespoon of sauerkraut about 1/2 before going to sleep. Zero issues since.
